ALL ABOUT ME
Hello!
I love the piano and have been playing it since I was 5 years old. I am currently in my third year of high school, and pursuing my ARCT(Associate Diploma of Piano Performance) for practical piano. I am certified in RCM(Royal Conservatory of Music) Level 10 Piano and ARCT Music Theory & History.
When teaching, I strive to provide an engaging and fun way to introduce children to the piano, while maintaining a steady pace through the material(very important in maintaining interest!). I have experience both learning and teaching the RCM examination material under different teachers and techniques, and tailor each lesson to the student.

I am fluent in English and Mandarin. Perfect for beginners and intermediate learners!

WHY SHOULD I LEARN PIANO?
Learning to play the piano is a great skill to have. You don't need to be aiming for a profession in music to learn it. Much like any other skill, it requires some time and hard work, but it definitely pays off. Studies show that learning an instrument shows remarkable ties with increased cognitivity/intelligence (hence, the many children and seniors who learn piano), yet benefits stretch even beyond that. Whether it's for social events or the time management, it is an invaluable skill.

$15/half an hour, or $30/hour.
